Timetable
Right now I am recruiting for classes in Autumn 2021! :) All the groups can be joined, so go ahead and sign up :) After a small summer break we start on 6th of September - at all my belly dance classes in September we will work on technique, and from October we will also start working on the choreography. To sign up for the classes send me an email. If you are not sure which class to choose, write to me or call me, I would love to answer all your questions :) Under the schedule you will find descriptions of all the classes :)

Apart from the group classes in the schedule, I also offer private classes near Natolin metro station - contact me, if you are interested :)
I also want to start a new beginner class at Sale Millennium near Plac Zawiszy! :) We will choose the exact hour and day of the class together with people who will sign up :)

Wpadnij na te zajÄ™cia, jeÅ›li chcesz rozpocząć swojÄ… przygodÄ™ z taÅ„cem brzucha (lub solidnie powtórzyć podstawy)! :) Na zajÄ™ciach bÄ™dziemy poznawać i szlifować podstawowe elementy taÅ„ca orientalnego takie jak akcenty, shimmy (drżenia), pÅ‚ynne ruchy bioder. Każde zajÄ™cia rozpoczyna rozgrzewka, na której starannie wzmacniamy i rozciÄ…gamy ciaÅ‚o, przygotowujÄ…c je do taÅ„ca. KoÅ„czymy zajÄ™cia krótkim rozciÄ…ganiem i rozluźnieniem mięśni.
